Ingredients:
*4 baking potatoes
*olive oil
*kosher salt
*1 container Loyd's BBQ shredded chicken
*low-fat margarine
*reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
*green onions, sliced
*fat-free sour cream
Preheat oven to 350. Scrub potatoes. Rub potatoes in olive oil. Sprinkle kosher salt on potato, covering all sides. Place potatoes on a greased baking sheet. Do not wrap in foil. Bake potatoes for 1 hour.
Heat shredded chicken in the microwave according to the container directions.
Build your own potato using margarine, cheese, BBQ chicken, green onions, and sour cream.
